The Kilo Restaurante

This is my lunch today at a kilo restaurant. At the top is corn and pea and sushi. To the right are two slices of beef steak. To the left is french fries, egg noodle and two quail eggs. At the bottom is fried cheese and BBQ chicken heart. The price is Reais $12, about C$7.30. The watermelon juice is Reais$4.50 which is about C$2.70.
Kilo restaurants are popular here. It is a cafeteria style restaurant. You get your food on the plate and weight for the price. You pay for what you get. Drinks are extra.

The usual condiments found on restaurant tables. There are olive oil, vinegar, salt, tooth picks, soy sauce, msg salt and napkins. You won't find ground pepper here. But you can ask for pimenta(chili) sauce such as Tabasco.

There is also my bill. Pay at the cashier after finishing meal.

The most popular Chinese food to go

My favorite Brazilian churrascaria
(All-You-Can-Eat BBQ steakhouse) in São Paulo. They also have locations in most parts of the States.
